There are many ways to relax:

Meditation
Meditation can be done alone or in a group. Personally I think it's better to be part of a group because then you can let yourself relax more knowing that someone is there. The energy of a group is much better for meditation. Meditation can be done to music along or by listening to a visualisation  

Music: Relaxing music is a nice way to relax

Walk in Nature: A walk in the local park or amongst nature is very relaxing.
